"My husband and I are new members to the Doe Run Farms CSA this summer (2009). We are about halfway through the season and have really enjoyed our weekly boxes. I found out about their CSA program here on Local Harvest and could not be happier. The vegetables and fruits that we have received have been fantastic. It is amazing how much better everything tastes when it is fresh and organic!

I have recommended the Doe Run Farm CSA to many of my co-workers and friends since it is just so good. It is an honor to be able to support a local farm that truly cares about its products and members. "The produce from this farm is excellent! I just had cucumbers for breakfast. Generally, I would start the day with cereal or toast but these veggies are so crisp and delicious that they beg to be eaten at any time of day! Family Day at the farm was a real treat. Farmers Judy and John (along with their family )welcomed us with open arms. To see where our food comes from and meet the folks that provide us with it each week was a wonderful experience."    (Lori)
